Rapid Learning Cycles
The Rapid Learning Cycles framework (RLC) works by enabling product development/ R&D leaders and teams to make better decisions in early development so that they have a smoother path to commercialisation. It leverages the same principles as Agile, Lean and Learning First Development but in a way that’s tailored for physical products.
