Hi, I am Jason, Director and Consultant at Solid Consulting. I am an Innovation Leader, Customer-Centric Designer, Researcher, Maker, Dreamer, Casual Startup Investor, and Certified® Rapid Learning Cycles Advisor.
I have spent the last 16 years of my career working around the world in a range of different design, innovation, project management, and manufacturing-related industries in senior positions. Including Head of Design roles at two of the fastest-growing companies in the UK.
My obsession with identifying opportunities to innovate, learn, and help businesses accelerate growth has led me to become an Innovation Consultant.

Identifying opportunities to enhance your R&D programs and free up more time. As well as implementing Project Management tools like Rapid Learning Cycles and Critical Chain that will help you scale.

What inspires us
My wife and I live in sunny Mount Maunganui in New Zealand with our two sons. I have a love for all things design, emerging technologies, music, film, culture, and cooking. I enjoy getting outdoors, exploring life underwater, growing my own food and living off the land. Living outside of my comfort zone and learning new things means I am absolutely addicted to travelling. I've been to almost 60 countries, so I am always up for sharing stories with people.
